At Peremena, Russian cuisine is reinterpreted in a way that preserves its recognizability while adding new colors and emotions. We took the foundation — dumplings, borscht and pancakes, northern fish, game, berries and grains — and built a contemporary mosaic on it .

Peremena, the contemporary Russian restaurant on Petrogradskaya Embankment, now serves breakfast, built on the same logic the Duo Band team brings to the main menu: familiar flavours, a little irony and a real sense of abundance.
