At Peremena, Russian cuisine is reinterpreted in a way that preserves its recognizability while adding new colors and emotions. We took the foundation — dumplings, borscht and pancakes, northern fish, game, berries and grains — and built a contemporary mosaic on it .
Gallery
The interior was designed by the APAA studio of Alexey Penyuk and Anastasia Artemyeva, the permanent architectural bureau of Dmitry Blinov’s restaurants. The space features high arched ceilings, plenty of light, minimal decorative noise, and, as always, an open kitchen and contemporary art .
